James Phillips Brings Significant Market Perspective to Growing Silicon Valley Startup

Phillips, the former CEO of Akimbi Systems (acquired by VMware) and current CEO of NorthScale, brings Replay 20 years of experience in both startups and enterprise technology companies. At age 17, Phillips started his first software company, which was acquired by Symantec, and throughout his career held engineering, management and corporate development positions with successful public companies including Intel, Synopsys and Intuit. In addition Phillips spent several years as an investment banker helping software companies raise capital and grow through acquisition.
