
Jonathan is co-founder and CEO of Replay Solutions, and is passionate about improving the way software is built and delivered. His research has resulted in numerous patent filings for technologies including high performance networking, application virtualization, and the record/replay of computer programs.
Jonathan is a frequent speaker on software lifecycle best practices and enjoys engaging audiences to uncover new ideas around using technology to improve the lives of software teams. Before being pulled into the software industry, Jonathan studied Electrical Engineering at Carleton University. He has over 15 years experience as an engineer and entrepreneur with companies which include Nortel Networks (NT), Milkyway Networks (MWAY), and Muse Corporation.

Jeff has great experience as a developer in the game industry, having worked on a number of titles such as 'Star Wars: Jedi Star Fighter'. Jeff began his career with SGI in their Advanced Graphics Division and went on to help lead the development of next generation online gaming technology with LucasArts, made famous by 'Star Wars'.
Jeff has been awarded a patent for innovative compilation techniques, and has been published by the Association of C/C++ Users. Jeff studied Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the University of California at Berkeley, and continued his studies at Stanford.

Dickey has over 19 years of experience in the software industry and is responsible for engineering, architecture, quality and cloud operations at Replay Solutions. His core competencies include SaaS experience in multiple companies, where he focused on scalability, usability, performance, efficiency, reliability and maintainability of various successful software products. Prior to joining Replay Solutions, he was VP of Engineering at MarketTools, and before that he was VP of Engineering at CustomerSat (now MarketTools), where he was responsible for Engineering, SaaS operations and Technical Services.
Prior to CustomerSat he was VP of Engineering and Technology at Spear Technologies (now Infor), a leader in enterprise and mobile applications for the transportation industry. Before Spear, Dickey was a Director of Software Development at @Road (now Trimble) and developed solutions for the mobile resource management industry by combining GPS, wireless, Internet, voice, and ASP technologies. Prior to @Road, he has held management and R&D positions with Baan Research (now Infor), Nortel Networks and SPSS Inc. He started his career with Tata Consultancy Services. He graduated magna cum laude with a BE/BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Pune.

Grover Righter has held executive positions in marketing and product development at ClearApp (acquired by Oracle), Novell, AT&T, Kabira and Geoworks. At ClearApp, Grover directed the J2EE APM/APR solution launch within 2004, which helped drive sales into major customers in several Fortune 500 customers. His development teams designed the secure enterprise object directory at Novell and he headed the Java server technologies initiative at Geoworks, resulting in major sales to global telecom system providers.
Grover has been actively involved in the JCP, IETF, IEEE and ITU technical standards. He has degrees in mathematics and computer engineering and has completed the International Business Marketing program at INSEAD.
